Position Summary:

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading by example, and ensuring exceptional service for our guests. 


Responsibilities:  

  • Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, and budget management. 
  • Lead and motivate team members to achieve high standards of performance, guest satisfaction, and profitability. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as local health and safety regulations. 
  • Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts, providing guidance and support as needed. 
  • Monitor food quality and safety standards to maintain consistency and freshness. 
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • Assist in inventory management, including stock rotation, ordering, and tracking. 
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their growth and development. 
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting. 

Qualifications:  

  • Previous experience in restaurant management, with at least 1-2 years of supervisory experience. 
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate team members. 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. 
  • Knowledge of local health and safety regulations.
