Position Summary:

Responsibilities:  

  • Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, scheduling, and budget management. 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards, as well as local health and safety regulations. 
  • Drive sales and profitability through effective marketing strategies, upselling techniques, and cost control measures. 
  • Foster a positive work environment by coaching, mentoring, and developing team members to reach their full potential. 
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and sanitation. 
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to support their growth and development. 
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals.

  • Previous experience in restaurant management, preferably in the quick-service or fast-food industry.
